Description
The 2023 BYD Song Plus sedan received significant design changes. The headlights were sharpened, and the chrome grille was removed, giving the front of the car the styling of the Ocean Network family. On the front panel, the inscriptions "Song" were also replaced with "BYD". All versions of the car now offer new body colors - blue "azure" and gray "smoky", and are also equipped with 19-inch wheels.
Changes have been made to the interior of the car, such as replacing the "Song" lettering with "BYD" on the steering wheel, and replacing the shift lever with a similar crystal lever similar to that used in the Sea Lion model.
The EV (fully electric) version is equipped with standard airbags and also offers features such as a tire pressure sensor, automatic parking system, front and rear parking sensors, keyless entry, remote engine start, LED headlights, one-button up and down all windows, leather steering wheel, 12.3-inch LCD instrument cluster and more.
The Distinguished version offers a 540-degree panoramic camera (with a transparent bottom frame), an electric rear rack, wireless charging for mobile phones in the front seats, an adjustable front passenger seat, single color interior lighting and an upgraded 9-speaker sound system.
The Flagship version adds active safety systems, an automatic driving level 2 (L2) system, adaptive headlights with automatic dipped and high beam switching, heated and ventilated front seats, interior lighting with 31 different color options, and other features.
The Flagship PLUS version adds 5G function, increases the number of ultrasonic sensors from 6 to 12, increases the size of the central screen from 12.8 inches to 15.6 inches, adds an automatic parking system, built-in karaoke, and a Yangfeng Lizhi audio system. In addition, this version has a maximum electric motor power of 160kW and a maximum torque of 330Nm, and it supports 140kW fast charging, while the rest of the versions have a maximum power of 150kW and a torque of 310Nm, with a maximum charging power of 90 kW.
So, BYD Song Plus 2023 offers a variety of options and functions to meet the different needs of buyers. This compact SUV, which is already popular, is becoming even more attractive with updates that will allow it to successfully compete with other cars on the market.
