SEAT introduced its first electrical model

The Spanish brand SEAT unveiled its first electric model, the Mii electric hatchback. As well as the sister Skoda Citigo iV, it is built on Volkswagen e-up units! and can travel without recharging up to 260 kilometers on a WLTP cycle.

The power plant SEAT Mii electric completely migrated with the Skoda Citigo iV. It is an electric motor mounted on the front axle, delivering 83 horsepower and 210 Nm of torque, and a traction battery with a capacity of 36.8 kilowatt-hours. A lithium-ion battery maintains a charging power of 40 kilowatts and fills up to 80 percent in exactly one hour. The range claimed by the manufacturer is 260 kilometers, five kilometers less than that of Skoda.

Acceleration from zero to the urban 50 kilometers per hour from the SEAT Mii electric takes 3.9 seconds, the maximum speed - 130 kilometers per hour.

For the first time, the SEAT is equipped with the SEAT Connect remote access feature. It allows you using your smartphone to obtain information about the state of the machine, find it in the parking lot, block and unlock the doors, and also include air conditioning. In addition, five optional equipment packages are available for the hatchback: Garage, Easy Flex, Below Zero, Home Charge and FAST (DC Charging).

SEAT Mii electric is focused both on private buyers, and on corporate parks. The main markets are Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, France, Spain, Austria, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Finland and Sweden. Reception of pre-orders for the electric hatchback will begin in these countries in September.
