Renault ZOE Z.E. The 50 is one of the most affordable electric vehicles in its class, with good range and technology. This is an updated version of the model, the main innovation of which is the installation of a battery with a capacity of 52 kWh, which allows the owner of an electric vehicle to count on a power reserve of about 390 kilometers in the WLTP cycle.
The car is charged using a Chameleon charger adapted for conventional or three-phase electrical networks with a power of 3 to 43 kW. Charging time depends on the power of the charging station and varies from one hour and forty minutes (charging 80% of the battery) to 15 hours.
Renault ZOE Z.E. 50 - looks fresh, interesting and cute. This is partly due to the fact that the appearance of an electric car is full of small, subtle details that all come together to create a complete image of a beautiful car.
The body design is tailored in such a way that the car appears more compact than it actually is. On the outside, everything is laconic, streamlined and simple in a good way; the electric car does not betray its electric nature in any way, although it was designed almost from scratch, precisely as a car with an electric drive.
The body is streamlined and designed with aerodynamics in mind, which greatly helps the Renault ZOE Z.E. 50 to have such a serious power reserve. At the same time, the car has decent ground clearance and a wheelbase on which a body is placed in which four passengers can comfortably sit.
Inside the Renault ZOE Z.E. 50 you sit slightly higher than in conventional compact cars. The front seats don't have height adjustment, but you do get a decent range of steering column adjustment and plenty of headroom and legroom.
Most of the interior design of the Renault ZOE Z.E. The 50 is a legacy of the Clio. The 7-inch touch screen R-Link multimedia system, steering wheel, air vents and center console are all the same as in Renault Clio cars.
Nevertheless, there are also special “electric vehicle” devices.
In front of the driver, instead of a conventional instrument panel, there is a thin color TFT display showing the remaining battery life, driving range, digital speedometer and on-board computer functionality. Everything is very clear and easy to read, and there are also color graphics that tell you when the battery is regenerating energy and consuming it.
Luggage compartment Renault ZOE Z.E. 50 has a volume of 338 liters, which is quite roomy for a compact class car, and the trunk can be increased by folding the rear row of seats.

As for the level of equipment, for the Renault ZOE Z.E. 50 there are two options to choose from: Dynamique Nav and Signature Nav.
The Dynamique Nav package includes 16-inch alloy wheels, automatic lights and wipers, remote key, rear parking sensors, cruise control, climate control, R-Link infotainment system, satellite navigation, Bluetooth, USB port, exterior Power mirrors, heated front seats.
The highest level of equipment, the Signature Nav trim, includes everything available in the Dynamique plus a rearview camera, Bose sound system and leather seat trim.
Safety Renault ZOE Z.E. 50
The electric car has achieved a maximum of five stars in Euro NCAP crash tests, is equipped with four airbags and an electronic stability control system that will help you regain control if the car "sweeps" on the road.
The electric car cares about the safety of pedestrians, so when it moves at speeds below 30 km/h, it makes noise to warn of its presence. If that's not enough, the car will use the latest active safety systems that automatically apply the brakes to avoid collisions.
