Description
On the evening of October 27, the Zeekr 001 FR was released - a new star in the arena of automotive innovation. Zeekr's most technologically advanced brand yet, the 001 FR promises to redefine supercars in the high-hundred-thousand-dollar price segment, offering an unparalleled driving experience in the age of electric smart cars. Only 99 exclusive examples of this model will be produced monthly, and future owners will have the opportunity to undergo high-quality track driving training to maximize the potential of their skills behind the wheel.
Visually, the Zeekr 001 FR has undergone dramatic changes, adding sporty elements. An enlarged front bumper with orange accents and wind deflector side elements give this model a powerful and dynamic appearance. To achieve maximum lightness and outstanding performance, the new model uses carbon fiber accessories and is equipped with 22-inch Jiatong GTR2 racing tires designed specifically for the track, with forged alloy wheels and carbon ceramic brake discs.
The rear of the car is highlighted by a large aerodynamic spoiler, which, combined with longitudinal taillights, a roof-mounted spoiler and an aggressive rear diffuser, complements the appearance and enhances performance. The interior of the Zeekr 001 FR retains the styling of the regular version, but with sophisticated suede leather and carbon fiber trim for a truly sporty ambience.
On the smart side, the Zeekr 001 FR is equipped for the first time with the 8295 cockpit computing platform for an enhanced smart experience. Additionally, this model for the first time introduced satellite communication technology, providing communication in areas without a signal and accurate location determination. ZVC torque control system provides precise control in all conditions, and four-wheel vector control technology emphasizes ease of driving.
The heart of the Zeekr 001 FR is a four-motor distributed electric drive system, delivering a maximum power of 930 kW and a complex torque of 1280 Nm. And thanks to the 800V platform and Kirin battery with a capacity of 100 kWh, a charge from 10 to 80% takes only 15 minutes.
